Parked car hit — have photos/license plate but no insurance info. What are my options?

Someone hit my parked car’s rear bumper while it was parked on the street today. The car behind me was clearly touching my bumper when I got there. I was in a hurry and instinctively moved my car forward before realizing I should take pictures. After that, I took photos of both cars and the damage, but they weren’t bumper-to-bumper anymore in the photos.

I also didn’t get the other driver’s insurance info or contact info because it was parked on a street, but I do have photos of the other car and license plate.

What are my options for getting the other driver’s insurance to pay for the damage? Also, if I file a claim with my own insurance company, is there a risk my rates go up even though I wasn’t at fault and my car was parked?

This happened in Massachusetts if that matters.

I’ve had a really frustrating experience with Galaxy Watches and wanted to see if anyone else has dealt with this.

My Galaxy Watch 4 had multiple issues — boot loop, dead screen — and I had to get it repaired twice under warranty. Eventually, the screen started flickering, turned completely white, and became unusable. Since it was out of warranty, I replaced it with a refurbished Galaxy Watch 5 from Amazon. After just a few months, I’m now seeing the same screen flickering issue again.

I’ve taken good care of both watches — no swimming or showering. The only water exposure was basic hand washing. I’m starting to wonder if this is some kind of water damage issue, but that seems excessive for normal use.

At this point I’m pretty disappointed with the quality. I like having a smartwatch (especially with a Galaxy phone), but I’m not sure if I should risk getting another one.

Has anyone else experienced this?
