So i had my psych evaluation on the 22nd July and i still haven’t heard back anything. How long do you reckon it takes to get a call or a mail?

I’m currently in the waiting stage after my psych interview on the 21st for a correction officer position, so now it’s just a waiting game.
I had a question for those of you who are already working. What happens if you’re assigned to a facility that’s 2–3 hours away from where you live? How do you make that work?
Do most people just deal with the long commute every day, or do you end up moving closer to the facility? If you commute, how do you manage it with the shifts and long hours?
I’d love to hear what you guys have done or what you’d recommend. Thanks!
