Well, at least it will release some space on my phone

Hello, I recently upgraded my Graphic Card and I am now be able to use PSVR2 headset on PC, so I was thrilled to be able to watch my 3D bluray on this headset, that's far better than watching them on PSVR1 on Ps4/5, since Sony didn't care to allow us to read 3D bluray on their expensive PS5 and PSVR2 headset.
I started to try to read them "natively" on my old LG PC Bluray player (it might be able to also read HD-DVD, yeah I bought it around that time and can't seem to remember if that was a requierement I was looking at the time ^^ It might be this one, if needed I'll checked once I'll be back home https://www.lg.com/fr/video/ggc-h20l/ ), but can't seem to achieve reading 3D bluray directly from the disb, even using an old version of PowerDVD I got (18 deluxe or something), and reaching with support gave me an (automatic?) answer that support was discontinued or so.
So I searched a little, but only seem to find this youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KY38deZrl7s) telling to MakeMKV of the disc first then doing some more things, but I don't even understand how to get a single mkv file out of MakeMKV, is seems to make a full save of the disc. When I insert the disc, the osftware recognise it, but I don't even have the options to select what I want to keep (I only need 3D Picture + ENG and FR audio, and FR subs).
What am i doing wrong? Or does anyone have tips to read 3D bluray on PC and PSVR2 directly from the disc
