I can't put into words how overjoyed I am that Baby Mutants are finally a thing lol. I was so excited to see what the Mutant Gnorbu would look like as a baby and I was not disappointed, what a cutie <3

Her name is a reference to the Beatles song "Lovely Rita". I had that song stuck in my head while I was trying to think of a name lmao.

I've been obsessed (lol) with the film Obsession ever since it came out so of course I had to make a pet based on Nikki.

I know it would make sense to have her smiling but that frown reminded me so much of the iconic frown from the movie so I wanted to use it lol. I want to eventually add Shiny Bunch of Heart Balloons to her customization because I wanted her to be holding something heart-related and I originally didn't wanna post her until after I completed that part of the customization but I haven't been successful finding it in the trading Neoboards so I got impatient with myself and decided to post her anyway lmao (I didn't add this part to beg for the customization here, just to clarify. I just wanted to explain that technically the customization isn't finished). (I went with Broken Heart Handheld instead). I'm also not sure if I'm completely committed to the background yet or if I want to add anything else...I'm happy with how Nikki herself came out though.

Also I know it would make more sense to give her a petpet named Bear but also I hate him so much that it felt cruel to name a cute little petpet after him so I made one based on his cat Sandy instead lmao.

I've started including the Concert Hall in my dailies (mainly because I decided to make a gallery for the concert swag) and decided this would be a fun thing to ask. Unfortunately the animations for the bands don't work anymore (I hope this gets fixed in the future...) but they're archived on YouTube.

Twisted Roses is my favorite. I love that they're an all-girl rock band, I love the band member's designs and "Twisted Roses" is just such a badass band name.

The Petpet Lab Ray is such a fucking pain. Someday I'll finally zap an Alien Rock, someday 😩✊

Remember how much annoyance and disappointment we all shared over the Cybunny Day color being Invisible? Well...yeah.

I jokingly thought to myself earlier "lol what if they do Invisible so close together*" thinking there's no way they'd actually do it...I miss being that naive 🫠

How many more pets still need Invisible colors? I know Varwolves don't have one yet obviously...oh fuck I hope I didn't just jinx Varwolf Day 😶 If this ends up being the Varwolf Day color once November comes, you have my permission to come back to this post and throw tomatoes at me

^(*I originally wrote "twice in a row" instead of "so close together" before remembering Lupe Day happened in between and gave us Swamp Gas lol (which is a color I dislike but at least it wasn't Invisible 🤷‍♀️))

This is also how I just found out that her hunger level is at "dying" lol. I'm feeding her right now, don't you worry.
