Ark survival evolved is notoriously unoptimised but nowhere near the likes of Ark Ascended as we all know. For context, I can get stable 60 fps on ASE with low-medium settings at 70-80% GPU usage, and on the absolute lowest settings + optimisations like no clouds I can barely scrape 30fps with lag spikes basically every second at 100% usage. It has been 3 years since ASA released, so will this sloppy game ever finally be playable without at least a 250 USD GPU or will it stay unplayable on lower end devices forever?
