Hi i got a response to fill in the 5257 form for dates 2019 to 2023 even though i filled them in when i submitted the application.

Do i have to re-enter all the travel history again from age 18 till now including those dates or just the dates requested on the letter 2019 to 2023?

I wanna make sure i get it right this time as i dont know why it went wrong the last time.

I got asked for an fbi check after only spending one month in the states. It says in the additional info document that i only need to provide this if i spent 6 months or more.

Do i just upload a document stating it was just a month or do i need to provide some kind of evidence? And if so what should i be providing?

When i submitted my police checks i uploaded two checks and evidence id requested my UK check. Now that ive got my UK one and been asked to upload it do i reupload the previously submitted ones combined? Or just the new UK check ive been asked for in the letter?
