I recently just got this open box Xbox ally at Best Buy today, thinking I was actually gonna play games on a pc handheld, but surprisingly not, I’ve left this charging for 1 hour with the asus charger provided. I did use a switch 2 charger when setting it up, but I don’t think that would destroy my battery completely? So now I have a broken Xbox laptop that only works when plugged in.. so much for the “portable” Best Buy really needs to actually test what device works before reselling to a costumer.
