hi frens i am wondering where i can go with my laptop and books.

i've been going to the library next to civic center but after a couple of unfortunate incidents (did not feel safe!) i want to know if there is somewhere else?

i am on a limited budget so i cannot afford to spend money on a coffee or food, and i also do not know if it is aloud to be in the cafe for like 4-6 hours. i bring my own snacks and a water bottle.
