She passed unexpectedly today. She wasn't even a year old. She laid an egg this morning and was running around so happy. No indication what happened. But I don't mean to speculate, what's done is done... I just wanted people to see how beautiful she was.

She would jump on you randomly, she would just sit by your feet and clean herself and you could feel her fluffy head rub against you. She loved to be cuddled and pet, the only one in our flock to enjoy it.

Thanks for being in our lives, Penny. You are so missed.

We noticed issues with Polly's eye today.

Third pic is her good eye, it seems to only be effecting her right eye and earlobe (for now). Could this be fowl pox or an infection from a peck?

We've separated her from the flock for now, giving her electrolytes and vetrx.

Any advice greatly appreciated here, thank you.
