How many here have to work every other weekend as a requirement?

Good evening all. I’m considering this as a career change and wondering about weekend schedule. My wife is a nurse who works every other weekend so if I was required to work every other weekend we’d never get time off together on weekends. We also have 2 kiddos who’d love to be able to do stuff with both parents on weekends.

So the question is how likely is it I’ll be required to work every other weekend?

I’m currently a pharmacy tech working per diem and taking care of kiddos. If I went full time as a pharm tech I’d be required to work every other weekend at my current hospital.

Yes, when I encounter rad techs at work I’ll ask them about their schedule.

Unique putting dilemma

I have 2 different style putts for various distances.

Both putts have the same stance which is the staggered stance like Uli teaches or Scott Stokely.

At 20ft and in I take the disc straight down to my right hip and fire the disc straight in at the basket. This putt is very very reliable but it doesn’t have good distance.

At more than 20ft I take the disc down to my left hip on the side of my body and fire straight in from there, like Gannon’s putt. This putt is less reliable obviously as it’s at a longer distance. If I try this style of putt inside 20ft it makes me less reliable inside 20. My concern is that since this left side style gets less practice as I don’t do it inside 20 that it is falling behind. I’ve tried grinding on it in the back yard and it’s not improving as quickly as I’d like.

Should I continue with the 2 putting styles and put more time into the left hip style to get it more reliable, or should I use the left hip style at all distances and accept the learning curve?

I’m sure this is going to be obvious to some of yall here butt for me I’ve been going back and forth on what to do for so long I can’t decide which is better.
