Looking for a roommate for next year
Hello, my current roommate just graduated and is moving out soon so I'm looking for a new roommate for next year. Let's get into some details so you can decide if you're interested.
The apartment is a 2 bed/1 bath, with a kitchen and decently sizable living room. It is a 10~ minute drive from CSULB, and is also relatively close to a 91-94 bus stop if that's your preference. It's in a pretty nice, safe neighborhood, walking distance from a grocery store. Your half of the rent would be $1150/month (that includes utilities). My current roommate is moving out around early August, so you would probably be moving in sometime around then.
As for myself, I am 21 years old, male, and an art major. I don't have guests over frequently, and I tend not to be around on weekends so you'll have the apartment to yourself.
