Meal: 3,000 NTD
Incentives: 3,000 NTD(50% during probation)
House subsidy: one time 13,000 NTD
I have 3 years experience in test dev engineering in analog devices, and 2 years experience ic layout engineering in local company.
Is this offer rigid? HR said this is fixed already.
My salary now is 42k pesos. And I'm planning to bring my wife with me.

I applied for a white collar job (PTE) in ASEKH. They offered me a base salary of 35,900 NTD, meal allowance of 3,000 NTD, and incentives of 3,000 NTD (50% only during probationary period). One time housing subsidy worth 13,000 NTD
My question is, is this rigid? My salary in Analog right now is 42,000 Pesos.
ASEKH told me that the base pay is fixed and that they have monthly PSB incentives and yearly profit-sharing bonuses.
Guys, I am planning to bring my wife, is this lowball?
Is this worth it?
