AM4 Build

Hello, I have compared these two builds between AM4 (93k rupees or 970 USD) and AM5 (114k rupees or 1190 USD)

I generally do not believe I will be upgrading this PC, unless it gets broken or obsolete which I hope does not happen with the 5060, since I only want to play at 1080p.

Is the price difference here worth it for me to choose AM5?
Is there going to be a performance difference? I only want to game, 1080p AAA titles, no particularly CPU intensive tasks

Both are in my budget, but I'm cheap and want the best deal!

I am Indian, so I'll cite prices in both INR and USD
I want to build a gaming PC, around 1,00,000 rupees (1042 USD)
I am sure I want to get a 5060 as my GPU, with 16 gigs of ram, but I'm very confused as to what CPU I want to get.

I was thinking Ryzen 5 5600 (12190 rupees/127 USD) for AM4
and Ryzen 5 9600X (21690 rupees/226 USD) / 7500F (15190 rupees/160 USD) for AM5

Should I go for AM4 or AM5? What does upgradability even mean for me, if I just build a balanced PC right now, and completely replace it when it gets obsolete?
Are any of these going to bottleneck the GPU? I wanna play on 1080p, but I also want to get the most bang for my buck
