Linear Algebra MTH 3210 or MTH 4100 with Professor Christopher Guevara

Has anybody taken linear algebra MTH 3210 or MTH 4100 with professor Christopher Guevara before? Just asking because I wanted to ask if anybody has, if they could kindly provide the syllabus from previous semesters?

Thanks in advance! Also, how was this professor?

Applying to other jobs, how to ask management.

Hello, I'm a college student, and I'm finishing up my STEM degree soon. I've also been a part-timer at stop and shop for a little over 2 years.

Now, obviously since I'm getting my degree soon, I don't intend on staying at stop and shop long term until I can secure a job in my field. Obviously the reason I got this part-time job was to pay for tuition and books, bills, and some other personal expenses, so I still need the money from this job.

I'm applying to various government jobs in STEM, and they all require extensive background checks which will require contacting my current employer stop and shop.

I don't really know how to approach management about this, what should I tell them?

Will they get annoyed that I'm searching for other jobs? I am a pretty good part-timer, but my department is always in a mess and backed up but thats because of short manpower and crappy hours. Anyways, I never been in trouble, never written up, or given any other warning during my time here. I think they would be pissed if I were to leave or mentioned searching for other jobs lol.

Could they even say no to providing requested information?

Could they retaliate against me by putting me in an another unfavorable position at stop and shop like maintenance or pushing carts lol?

Accommodations for Conflicting Exams in Different Colleges during same summer session

Hello there,

I'm enrolled in the two final classes I need to graduate with my bachelors degree during this summer. Both are upper level math classes.

Both classes are in the same summer session. For simplicity purposes, class A (runs for 5 weeks, and is entirely in-person) is at my home college, and class B (runs for 4 weeks, but is online async and in-person exams) isn't offered at my home college, so I have to take it at a host college via an authorized permit. Both colleges are apart of the same institution.

My main issue is with conflicting exams. I know I will have at least one conflicting exam. Class A has 4 exams + Final (so an Exam every week). And class B has a midterm + final (both exams set apart every other week). For class B, the professor has an online website, and after looking at previous summer sessions for this particular class, this professor has set his exams from 6pm - 8pm, while class A runs M-T from about 5:30 pm to 7:30 PM which is when I will also have those weekly exams.

I've never been in a situation like this before, this is my first time taking summer classes, and also the first time I'll ever need some sort of accommodation. How do I approach this? Which professor do I ask? Do you think professors can make accommodations for situations like this? What would these accommodations possibly look like?
