I have problem with my windows that i can't turn off windows defender real time protection or drive protection.

Also can't allow/delete/quarantine files windows says unsafe or threats cannot turn off firewall aswell or any setting related to security when i press any toggle it simple goes back immediately to on and nothing takes effect.

although the rest of windows works normally and scanning didn't catch virus.

i just remember one time a message with yellow color appeared in one of the settings tab stating that i'dont have necessary permissions to make changes but even that now doesn't appear the toggles just simply won't work
