So went for a hike, not sure about elevation and all that but it was challenging for me, was for 3-4 hours and some steep hills which I found hard as I’m sedentary trying to walk 8-10k steps a day. Tomorrow I’m meant to do w1 d3 but I’ve had a head pad on my back all day and it twinges. I did an MRI a couple months ago and they said I have some mild disc bulging and degeneration. It’s not constant the back pain but I feel it when I move in a certain way or over do it. Probably need physio and will definitely start Pilates, but unsure if I should do this run tomorrow

Felt really good! It feels good to say I’ve done something positive for myself today and taking steps to be a healthier me. Definitely more of a slow jogger but I’m perfectly okay with that. Proving to myself that curvy girls can run too!

I did a trial first run last week so officially starting this week! Some uphills and did it in the park so it was more challenging than the first which was on mostly flat grass. Proud of myself! Also the tears are cause my eyes are sensitive haha but maybe subconscious tears of joy 😂
