If you smoke tested an exhaust, would the smoke make it through the catalytic converter?
If I were trying to pinpoint a small exhaust leak by using a smoke machine at the tailpipe, and the leak was upstream of the cat, would it ever make it through?
Also, how do you guys go about pinpointing hard to find small exhaust leaks? The smoke tester sounded brilliant to me until I tried it and got nothing lmao.
