Outage?
My internet went down last night around 1am and it said it was for a planned maintenance. Currently with the outage map it says my service is fine but it's still down. I tried power cycling my modem and that didn't help. Is there a way to check if this outage is on Xfinity side now? I also tried to login to see about doing the reset modem in Xfinity dashboard but I'm not able to get past the email. I enter the (correct) email and it just keeps refreshing the same page instead of going to password.
