A rant about KIPS (A brief vent out about KIPS' Yakkia'n).

Just a vent out that I have been wanting to do for a while, below are some points that could be counted as KIPS ki yakkia'n. KIPS hasn't been a good institution for the preparation of MDCAT, and these are the things that I have noted and felt, which I am going to discuss below. These could differ from the experiences of other aspirants of other than MDCAT. Some could relate to it who are preparing/have been preparing/or have prepared from KIPS.

1. 2026's new AI Smart Book scheme:
This is the first one that's considered a proper yakki of KIPS, they have decided to remake the older KIPS books into new and sell them by tagging the "AI Smart Books" there's nothing smart about them except QR codes attached. One good thing about them is that they are kind of well-written as compared to 2025's or the years before that, I have read about few topics from them, and they seem to have been written quite well. I have read Immunity in detail and it's pretty much the same material as in Federal Board's Class 12 Biology's Immunity chapter, so I will give credits to them for that.
The price factor of these book-set has also been increased to about 12,000 PKR for the aspirants enrolled in the physical classes as compared to the last year's book-set price which was 8,500 PKR and 500 PKR of supplement when PMDC decided to change the syllabi.
2. KIPS Virtual LMS for aspirants enrolled in physical classes:
They decided to not give KIPS Virtual LMS to aspirants enrolled in the physical coaching classes unless they buy their "AI Smart Books". The aspirants who decided to buy 2025's books pretty much shot themselves in the foot, because they won't be able to get LMS unless they spend again on the same thing.
3. Injustice and no solidarity with aspirants:
Being a big institution and still not having a courage to stand up with the students of this year to at least try to get MDCAT delayed. kudos to all other coaching academies who decided to show solidarity with the students and tried their best in delaying the MDCAT 2026.
4. Mafia-esque behaviour:
Now as the MDCAT has been postponed to 20th September, they have decided to NOT CONTINUE the current session, and end it on 15th of August, despite taken up a lot of money for a months' MDCAT prep session. Last year when MDCAT was postponed, they continued the same session and didn't ask money for new session. But not this year, they are starting a new session from 17th of September WITH NEW FEES, which sucks.

It doesn't end here, there are many other keypoints that could've been discussed, but I guess that's for another day.

Just a meme I created and a topic that I have been wanting to talk about.

https://preview.redd.it/ops2iqeigyhh1.png?width=640&format=png&auto=webp&s=b5ab8e359474d4946816eb3f446d83a55a7c581c

So guys, I created this meme, because i watched Supergirl (2026) and found Milly and David's behind-the-scene pictures where they are goofing around, so had an idea and I made a meme.
A clarification and a heads-up:
I have absolutely no intention of directing any hate towards freshers or improvers/repeaters.
Just like a coin has two sides, there are many different kinds of repeater and the same goes for freshers. Many people dislike repeaters, and honestly, their frustration can sometimes be completely rational and understandable. Some repeaters can be conceited, snobbish, or downright rude.
But there are also those who have suffered through circumstances beyond their control. There are freshers who lost their seats to repeaters from the previous year and those repeaters were once freshers themselves who had lost their seats to the repeaters before them. And so, the cycle continues.
Some people become bitter and rude along the way, while others somehow manage to hold on to the heart they had when they first started their preparation.
I may get called out for saying all this, and that's fair. But honestly, I want to see them united.

Do I need to memorise content of viruses other than HIV? (PTB)

As the title says, PMDC's syllabi for Biology's chapter Acellular Life/ Varietey of Life doesn't mention viruses other than HIV like Mumps, Measles, Influenza, Poliomyelitis, Pox Virus and all types of Hepatitis Virus, so do I need to study them or not?
I am going to take UHS's MDCAT this year, my first priority is PTB, do I need to study it from FTB as well?
