Had a go at making my own aluminium panniers.
Designed in Autodesk inventor, then laser cut from aluminium, CNC folded on a press brake - riveted and locks fitted. Total cost to me was £9 - for the u bolts to mount them. Everything else was found in the scrap bin or consumables supply.
