Can someone tell me where to find a FULL list of Cut content that is in the LN but not the anime specifically?

I am up to date with the anime (finished watching s4 ep 7)

I don't care how insignificant the cut-content seems, JUST TELL ME EVERYTHING. I just dread starting over from zero when reading LN.

Or can you guys like tell me what was left out of each season? Does anybody remember? Or should I just continue from Volume 1 of LN?

I'm feeling slothful rn. 😔😭
