Mickey Mouse is done with the FCC. ABC is alleging in a newly-filed lawsuit that the FCC's decision to review the network's broadcast licenses early are retaliation for choosing to air (or not air) content that Trump disagrees with.

Short Summary: FIRE has filed a lawsuit against ICE on behalf of a man from New York, who was quite literally hunted down by ICE agents after he sent an email to the agency's acting director calling him a Nazi. The lawsuit alleges that ICE violated this man's 1st Amendment rights.

How it relates to this sub: the ability for citizens to freely criticize their government is a fundamental cornerstone of a liberal democracy. ICE had also been accused of threatening other civil liberties of Americans.

In South Dakota, you can change your party affiliation up to 15 days before any election. I'm not the biggest fan of Rhoden, and I've been a fierce registered independent up to this point, but the thought of Toby Doeden being governor gives me the heebie jeebies.
