Could this be Negative Gram Dermatitis or something else ?

Hi everyone, i have been having rashes and acne with pustules especially around my upper lip and under my nose since a year and a half and my dermatologist that caused it to begin with wasn't helpful afterwards and i haven't gotten rid of it since. I basically have been to a dermatologist a year and a half ago to consult and schedule for Laser CO2, the dermatologist had put me on a short antibiotic course to clear the skin completely before potentially following with the laser treatment, right after i got a huge flare up and my skin didn't improve since, he just emptied my pockets with this and that and i eventually stopped seeing him when he started suggesting me stupid expensive products of people he was in partnership with 🤦🏻. Now my skin gets better sometimes and other times i get this sudden DISGUSTING flare-ups that are ruining my mood and confidence. After visiting that dermatology i believe that i may have developed a Gram Negative Dermatitis and also Candida Overgrowth it seems. I tried stopping my skincare for a month or 2 and there were no improvements, i tried gentler products, experimented with multiple formulas and so far nothing much... Currently my skincare is mostly either Adapalene/Tretinoin followed with a simple moisturizing cream, i use a gentle soap bar for washing and sometimes a wash with benzoyl peroxide in it, i often don't have a morning skin care when i am not going out and when going out i usually shave, apply a moisturizer with vitamin C or else followed with an SPF. At the moment i can't get on Isotretinoin which i know would help, it's too expensive in my country and i am a lovely poor peasant. I am looking for suggestions and advice on what could help beside seeing another dermatologist... The one i saw when all this happened was the best in town and still did more harm than help and didn't listen to me, even declined a cultural test when i asked for one so i am a bit defeated at the moment (First picture is the flare-up i woke up to today, second after washing up).
