10 month old kitten has strange eye issue since she was about 3 months old

Hey guys, I’m actually writing this from a Vet office at the moment, they are trying to reschedule on me… I think they have an sos patient. I’ve addressed this issue several times. Her eye is normal for most of the time.
One of her eyes since she was 3 months would sort of squint (very small barely noticeable) from time to time- we addressed this to our vet at that time and she said she didn’t see anything wrong with her.
At that 3 month old appointment I addressed that she had a strange lump on her head as well- it was gone by the time we took her there. She said my girl was fine.
When she got spayed at 6 months I addressed it to her new Vet- they said it could be because she has a white eye outline
Overtime it was the squint but recently it became an eye pupil issue. Also, her whole eye was shut for maybe 2 mins. Pupils, Two different sizes. I’m not getting any answers and I’m worried. I just want to address this before it gets bad. These pics happened on Mother’s Day. For one day. But it’s happened before maybe 2 weeks before for one day.
She had a bonded brother, and I think maybe it’s a bp issue from anger? When she’s annoyed? Idk, then worry it could be Neuro cos of that bump she had on her head when tiny? Thank you in advance for all responses / clues to help me figure this out.
