Lib and Canadian I have no clue if the toning is natural

Got into silver because I found the Morgan in a coin jar I’ve had for 15+ years.

Reposting lib and kraken in better lighting to get some insight on if the toning is artificial.

Want to do some artificial toning on the Casa De Moneda because the reverse is ugly.

New to silver buying. No idea how to tell if toning is natural. Am I allowed to ask how much of a premium should go on top of the normal rate?
