I have a few questions about CSV modding

I'm a fairly experienced CSV modder. I started a few months ago and have a lot of unfinished projects and I was wondering :

  1. Is there a way to change the value of the power levels (to make power 9 two times the value of power one instead of like 1.4) if I only edit the CSV files ?

  2. Once again, only with CSV editing, can I add another "ulti" button for a brawler without crashing the game ?

Is this good progress for a 1st extreme ?

(second image is the StartPos version)

I started yesterday and feel like I'm really good but at the same time I have a lot of attempts. I know 34% doesn't mean I'm one third of the way done, but am I progressing too fast (or too slow)?

(My hardest is TOE III by Manix648)
