These past few weeks have been my worst on marketplace. I’m a 5 star 200+ review seller and Like many of y’all, my listings suddenly stopped getting traffic these past couple weeks. This has completely devastated my finances because now Listings that normally pulled thousands of views are now literally getting 0 views. Not low views, not slow traffic actual zero views.
I tried renewing, reposting, waiting it out, running promotions, changing titles/photos, etc. and nothing really changed.

And I know it’s like talking to a wall but I eventually reached out through the business chat option and they acknowledged that other sellers are reporting similar visibility drops right now. After reviewing my profile they also confirmed there were no restrictions/shadow penalties tied to my account.

They acknowledged that these recent changes to marketplace algorithms are affecting some sellers differently. The main recommendation I was given was to submit a technical review request so the account activity can actually be looked into internally.

So overall, I figured I’d share this in case anybody else thought they were the only one dealing with it.
Below are the steps/instructions I was provided.
It might not get you anywhere but with enough feedback hopefully it can get to the right eyes.

Please follow these steps.
Report that something isn't working on Facebook

1. Log in to Facebook on a computer.
2. Click your profile picture in the top right of Facebook.
3. Select Help & support, then select Report a problem and follow the on-screen instructions.
   provide screenshot and make sure to provide details as you can.

For mods:
** Not related to my post but If I’m not mistaken this sub may be auto filtering posts related to Marketplace recent visibility issues even when they’re not asking for direct assistance. I’m only posting this because I know a lot of sellers are currently dealing with the same thing. **
