I’ve been told Ultrasite doesn’t work well with the E3. What are guys using to edit Setpoint files offline for the E3?

I’m having an issue at one of our stores where we receive constant Low/High superheat alarms mostly when cases are satisfied or on pull down. I’ve disabled the alarm on all of the cases in the network level of the XM.

I then pushed the the program from the E2 to the case controller but the dixell display is still showing alarm. It’s even still alarming out to the E2. All the controllers are online and commed up but it’s like they’re not accepting the program. I’m at a loss now.

Anybody use anything better to pull TXV pins other than needle nose ? Sometimes it’s a bitch to grab them if it’s really seized.
