Still trying to figure out the whole "home hosting" thing - Hosting Specs Issue

I am currently trying to host a server for a large group of people (roughly 20 people on at the same time, max). I looked through Facebook marketplace and found some good deals and ended up with the following specs:

----------HP-Z440-Workstation----------
*-memory

description: System Memory

slot: System board or motherboard

size: 64GiB

capabilities: ecc

configuration: errordetection=multi-bit-ecc

*-bank:0

description: DIMM DDR4 Synchronous Registered (Buffered) 2400 MHz (0.4 ns)

slot: CPU0-DIMM1

size: 16GiB

width: 64 bits

clock: 2400MHz (0.4ns)

*-cpu

description: CPU

product: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-1660 v4 @ 3.20GHz

vendor: Intel Corp.

physical id: 48

bus info: cpu@0

version: 6.79.1

slot: CPU0

size: 1200MHz

capacity: 4GHz

width: 64 bits

clock: 100MHz

The problem with my current setup is that my TPS/MSPT starts to tank when I spawn a total of 8 players in (used the Carpet mod for this). I was wondering what would be the next best step for me? The RAM I bought is DDR4 ECC ram. I do know that the CPU maxing out is the main issue. I have thought about purchasing a new CPU, but I didn't know if at that point I might as well get a new motherboard/pc. I currently have the following mods installed:

- C2ME
- Fabric
- Carpet
- Lithium
- Servercore
- Spark
- Chunky

I want to make sure the server is to a point where it will be able to handle people joining once I open it up.

PS. This is my first time posting something like this, so if I left out any info, please let me know and I will add it to the post.

Cannot seem to level the Kobra S1 printing bed

Hello everyone, I would say that I have moderate experience when it comes to 3D printing. I do it a LOT for work. I finally caved in and decided to get the Kobra S1 and Ace Pro combo that went on sale and I have some questions. I have been attempting to get this bed to a point where I can print...anything. Normally I would just print it and see if it manages to salvage itself after the first layer, but I can hear it scrapping the bed when printing on certain areas of the magnetic plate.

So far I have attempted unscrewing the bed, warming it up to 60 degrees, tightening all the screws, then running another heigh map test. These are the results I got. (There was negligible improvement)

I have been seeing a lot of comments about this on this subreddit and I saw the 8mm bed upgrade that I could do for around $100-$150. I would like to try and keep this as budget as possible, hence why I got this printer. Any ideas of where to go from here? Do I just go for the bed upgrade? Thanks in advance!!

Current heightmap of Kobra S1 printing bed AFTER doing some problem solving.

Update: I updated the probing amount to a 7x7 and the results got worse. I do think that the new height map is more informative. I think I will try the shim idea and see if that works.

New bed mesh! Back left corner has a CRAZY dip in it that accounts for the very high range.

For those also trying to up the amount of probe points. I did this by opening the printer.custom.cfg file using the "Machine" tab in Mainsail. I added the following lines (file should just have comments when opening it for the first time)

[bed_mesh]

probe_count:7,7

mesh_pps:2,2

algorithm:bicubic

bicubic_tension:0.2

speed:500
