Still lots of bugs on expensive equipment when compared to the other leading competitor's, I'm loyal to SF but promises of returns and software/firmware updates are simply not being pushed out.

I've given up with the return process of faulty products my latest was the 4in1 telescopic sensor giving false readings, I was asked once more to take extensive videos of the issues which I had already done with a humidifier the same day so let's just say I was sick of it and the sensor is now in a box doing nothing in it's broken state, just as a side note this was my third or fourth return within 2 months. QC needs major improvement everything is Chinese, I'm thinking why not just buy it direct from them shipping is faster.
