Looking for authors/stories similar to M. Tress, Daniel Kensington, Chase Kilgore.

While I typically prefer mono romances I have found some authors that do harem in a way that is less objectionable to me and really enjoyed all of M. Tress's books as well has all the books by Daniel Kensington, some by Misty Vixen and am looking for more books like these. Leon West has been hit or miss for me as with Virgil Knightly and Kirk Mason. Love the works done by Cebelius and Snek Guy. Thanks for any recs and bonus if at least the first in a series is available and an audio book but not a deal breaker.

What's this red and white car

Ok, so I drive by this car every once in a while for the past decade and I always wondered what it is. Probably something mundane but I don't recognize it. Feels like late 80s or early 90s,Thanks.

Tested Very Low, Looking For Advice before Doctor Follow Up

45m, overweight and have a stressful job. Over the last two years I have been steadily feeling more and more exhausted and unmotivated all the time. Talked to my doctor last year and after checking standard blood work I went on a gpl-1 meds to lose weight but stopped after losing about 50 lbs.

I ate a high protein diet the whole time (150g plus a day) but still lost a lot of my muscle mass and am a lot weaker than I was before. I regained most of that weight after stopping the medication and my energy has continued to get worse and I started experiencing ED ( I have always had a high sex drive and had no problems there) so I decided to go back on the weight loss meds because I figured my weight was the cause but a friend suggested I ask my doctor for a testosterone screen. I did and it seems this is a really low result. I have a follow up appt in 2 weeks with my doctor and was wondering if there are any things I should talk to them about or expect them to tell me beyond losing more weight and getting better sleep. I'm feeling less confident in my doctor for not doing this screening until I asked for it After hearing my symptoms.
