Any Pipe Smokers Looking for Friends/fellow pipers?

This might be a long shot, but I’m trying to find more friends who share my hobby of collecting and smoking pipes and pipe tobacco. I hang with a couple of fellow pipers at the lounge I work at, but we’re hoping to find some more people to start a pipe club to meet once every week or biweekly. We’d be open to experienced pipe smokers or if you wanted to try it out, we can definitely get you started!

Everyone is welcome, except those under 21!

Pendor: When to Vassalize and Who With?

Character is at level 26. Have about 100k denar, 760 renown, 40 honor, and a cadre full of leveled companions. Got passive income and I’m close (-15) to better relations with Noldor. I also am a Sergeant in the Shadow Legion as well. Warband is about 100 strong with higher tier troops (can finally take out Jatu Warbands and smaller Noldor armies solo).

I’ve been mercin for Sarleon and Empire. I’m being indecisive as fuck when it comes to vassalizing. When is a good time? I’d prefer to join and gain a walled fief asap for a KO custom chapter and/or for chapter of the Shadow Legion, so should I wait until my renown is higher? Any idea which faction would be better for me?

Thanks in advance my lords!

Prophecy of Pendor: next steps

I have a great start to my PoP game. I have business ventures in all but 2 cities, around 100k denar with 4-5k per month in passive income, and a stable set of companions: Sigi, Leslie, Kaverra, Ansen, Rayne, Lethaldrian, Julia, Roland, and Jocelyn. I have about 400 renown, but only 3 honor. I’m currently level 18 and have been mostly in a party of my companions grinding. I started adding some strong troops from prisoner stacks.

I’m currently collecting people to fix the old ruins. I know I need to get my Honor and Right to Rule up. What are good ways of doing that? Also, what should I do next? I want to start my own kingdom and CKO. Should I vassalize with someone like Empire or Sarleon and just continue to stack cash and wait for a castle or town? When’s a good time to rebel?

I feel like finally I have a really good base (not counting my abysmal honor and my level), so what should I focus on next?

Looking for Pittsburgh Men’s Group/Circle/council

Not sure if this is the right place, but I’ve been looking for a Men’s group/circle in Pittsburgh that practices council work. Does anyone have any leads? Unfortunately only able to find digital spaces and that’s not ideal for me. Also looking for a sweat lodge.

Pendor: Stable Companions and Necessary Companions

I posted in here earlier and I’m finally off to a good start; I decided to start a new campaign. The one thing I forgot about Pendor and Warband is companions not liking each other. I used to build around Lethaldiran. Who are 10-11 others I can grab and not have issues? Or should I grab everyone and see who ends up working fine? I found the graphic on the wiki, but would love to have insight as to companions to hire to start my game strong.

PoP: Should I Start Over?

I made a post earlier about my playthrough, but I’m wondering if I should start over.

I started a build as a horse archer, but I’m often times missing and just going to swords. So I’d probably change my build a bit. I have 10 companions, 6 businesses, and I’m working with the Empire as a merc.

The one thing I did not do is start lean with companions. I hired mercs and did most of my missions with them, so my companions aren’t leveling as much as I want.

I’m only a couple of months in-game and I wouldn’t mind cheesing a little gold to get my companions back and start anew.

Would it be worth it or should I just keep on with my current?

Prophecy of Pendor: decent start, how should I proceed?

It's been a long time since I did a PoP run, so I started one today. Started as a noble/mounted bow build. I started in Ravenstern, did the first mission with the merchant, got the first crystal, got that suggested elixir, and hired Sigismund (kind of on accident, but he's helping a bunch.)

Now I am just kiting battles with Noldor to get my rep up with them and also doing the same with other factions. Not sure the route I will take later in the game, but I just want to stack cash and get good troops, books, gear, and companions. Any suggestions for next steps or areas to do quests in/places that have good mobs to loot?
