A problem: Boutique SaaS product. One product, two groups of users with very different budgets. What to do?
So i have a boutique, invite only B2B niche product for financial professionals. The problem is there are two groups of users... One is VC/F500 backed, the other are smallish businesses.
One will pay four figures per seat. The other get twitchy at $120/month. The latter are easy to land, the former, difficult and prolonged.
The needs of both are very similar. I can't really have two prices for the same system. One whale is worth tens of multiples of the minnows but the minnows are easy get..
What would the seasoned pros do?
