To wrap up MN Burger Week, I visited Mac's Diner in North St. Paul this evening for the cheese curd burger. My only criticism is that it could've used a few pickles to cut the fat of the cheese. Solid attempt, though.

Decided to try the double pimento cheese burger at Southern Social in Woodbury. Yes, it was too much, and yes, it was delicious. #SouthernSocial
