I am from Gaza.

I survived the war and eventually made it to a safe country. Many people would see that as the end of the story, but for me it wasn't.

Since October 2023, it feels like I have been walking through darkness. I keep moving forward because there is no other choice, but I can't clearly see where I am going.

Sometimes I wish I could go back to the person I was before all of this, but time only moves in one direction.

So I keep taking slow steps forward, hoping that one day I will see light again.

I created this image to express that feeling.
