New to all this as of last week, but have been trying to expand my spiritual side for years and dont exactly know how to utilize something so incredibly powerful. I asked to maybe meet my spirit guides and I was shown how (something) is always just right there. It was a very profound experience.

Even though these experiences are quick, they are extremely intense and something I dont want to take lightly. So how do you use it? When you have questions? Going through hard times? Or just whenever? Thanks.
