What's the average rent for Villas inside Agrini homes and what about Maintenance?
Basically we have our own house duplex model in town. But due to congestion and car parking issues, we are thinking of moving to a gated community. But we don't want to move to the very outskirts of madurai. But more like Agrini, shanthi sadan. Since Agrini is closer to the town area. I'm just where to check for rental availability and rent and other information.
