Didn't do as much research as I should've with my first betta as an adult and he passed a few months ago from finrot at a little over a year old (R.I.P. Gojo🕊️) Itold myself I wasn't qoing to let a fish be mistreated ever again in my home so I upgraded to a planted 5 gal w my new lil guy, Big Red (male halfmoon). tank is almost done cycling planning on adding a couple little snails and jade green and blue dream shrimpies. Been studying and educating myself for a couple months now :))

First picture is most recent but a little cloudv because I was just aquascaping. Second is what it look like before I put the rest of my plants in, third is what his tank currentlv looks like. I took the lil tree stump, crypt and one of the anubias out of his old tank.
