Wayyy too early trade deadline speculation

I keep seeing comments talking about how we can upgrade at the deadline. And today Lin put out an article talking about how they want to upgrade at the reliever position. But that doesn’t really make sense to me. It seems most of our lineup spots are filled and the bullpen is already good enough.

So if we are active at the deadline, who do we go after? What are the positions of need? Who would we likely trade away?

What was it like watching Tatis play in 2021?

For context I’ve lived in San Diego my whole life but was never big into sports. I only recently started watching the padres in 2023 (yes I know what a horrible time to start), and I realize I missed out on some good years. So I ask again what was it like watching prime Fernando Tatis Jr. play in 2021?
