Goblet squat 3x6-8 + around the world 5 each way
Pushups 3x6-8
Nautilus 1 arm mid rows 3x8-10
RDL 3x6-8
Floor press 3x6-8
wide grip cable row 3x8-10
Backward sled drag 2x2 laps
1arm chest press 3x8-10
Rear delt flyes 3x10-12
Suitcase carries
Barbell curls 3x8-10
Overhead tricep extensions 3x8-10
Lateral raises 3x10-12
I did half of that a few days ago, and I think the full thing is doable.
