Try this if your Quest headsets view keeps going black

Since a recent update (v2.3), my Quest 2 headset keeps randomly going black and the controllers become unresponsive. Its still running behind the black as I can hear things happening and I see a 1 px edge of whats happening around the black edges. The only buttons that work are the volume controls and the sleep button on the side.

Rebooting would sometimes bring it back or if I left the headset off for a bit, it would return.

Howver, I found that plugging in usb-c to a pc and then run the Meta Quest Developer Hub, the headset and controllers would immediately reliably come back to life.

Not sure if you need Developer Mode on the headset turned on as mine already was.

It would still go black every now and again but all I have to do is bring the Hub program up on screen if its been minimised and its back. A very odd bug.

Its annoying as youd have to keep plugging in the usb in order to get control back but at least it can be done at least until they fix this bug.

Thought it might be useful for those who have this issue.
