I have made some additional progress on this build in the last few days.

The wheels and tires I 3d printed. I had the rims designed for this build.

I am really happy with how the engine turned out. I used braided fishing line for the wiring harnesses and intercooler hoses, and painted masking tape for the fan belt. I know this generation of engine didn't have the blue cam covers, but it looked so good with them and it gave me a good pop of color in the silver, black, and red engine bay

All that I have left to do is polish and detail paint the body and final assembly. I should have it finished this weekend.

Hello all, After a month of being frustrated by the melting of my kits body and work sucking up all of my time, I have finally made it back it this project.

I have completed most of the suspension and all of the interior. I have the body mostly back to shape and thankfully I will be able to save it with out any repainting. I will have to glue it to the chaise to have it hold, but I can deal with that.

I am happy with how the hood turned out. I made a 2" cowl hood, its subtle, but it is what I would have on a 1:1 if I was building this.

What do you guys think for the interior roll bar. Red or Black? I think that I like the red better.

I will be starting on the engine and wheels this weekend, so hopefully, I will have it completed by next weekend.
