Dog Caring hobby, leveling up

What activities give the most Dog Caring growth points? Going out? Pooper-scooping while out? Basic pats and feeding? Training sessions? Feeding a preferred food? Adopting a second dog (even if one is more than enough for you)?

If you know, I'd love insight.

[Ditto for Cat Caring, though that is kind of taken care of, given that interacting with 5 cats means 5x the little boosts.]

I have no idea how to get these but I DO WANT: mini HEARTOPIA KITTIES.

These are so darn cute! They come with a little kitty accessory.

They are also probably not available for sale anywhere near the USA; if I do find a seller, I expect there'll be a whopping great surcharge added + shipping cost.
