Are these nice neighborhoods?

Hi guys I'm moving next course to Athens for erasmus :)

I'm in search of an apartment and it's been hell, my budget it's not the biggest and I found some nice apartments but I cannot find at all reliable info about the neighborhoods

Are Mouseio and Attiki nice places safety wise? (I'm a girl btw) Is there any place near them I sould avoid?
