I go to conventions and there’s a bodybuilding show at one ran by an IFBB pro. I saw last year and no one there seemed below 12% (except 2 guys who were probably around 7% and 10%) and they had viewer posing and the runners said I’d likely have made top 5 if I had entered. I wanted to enter this year but should I worry about peaking when I’m not that lean? Is there a process besides fast digesting foods for a flatter stomach? I also have a tendency to prefer low-carb high-fat junk food as pre-shirtless dinner cause the scale is lower the next day but I know that’s opposite for peaking LOL. Seems easier to spill when you’ve got too much fat on you though
