I want some for cooking but no idea who stocks them. Any suggestions?
I’ve always heard that kimchi is fermented, and the information I’ve found online backs that up. I have a book with recipes including non-fermented varieties of kimchi. Is this incorrect, possibly meaning something similar to kimchi and just using the name so English speakers will recognize it?
FYI the book is Beyond Korean by Aaron Huh. There are also sections for Korean fusion, Japanese, and Chinese, but these recipes are in the regular Korean section.
Thank you
Edit: thanks for the quick responses!
Edit: [Gulf State Park, Alabama| can’t wait the title.
Saw this beauty while walking in the Orange Beach end of the park. I don’t believe I’ve seen one like it before. My app tells me it’s a mudsnake (farancia Abacura) but it’s unreliable. Would appreciate your expertise.
Only the one photo to avoid disturbing it. I hope it’s enough.
The Secretary of State’s website shows sample ballots only for Republican and Democratic primaries, but does not provide a link for a non-partisan ballot allowing me to vote on the ballot questions.
If I show up at my polling station and ask for a nonpartisan ballot, will they provide one? Is there anything I should know before I ask?
In the state I used to reside the nonpartisan ballots were available but many poll workers were unaware, which is why I’m asking.
Thanks!
Most people have heard of the “full English breakfast.” If there was something similar for your state or region, what should be on the plate?
As an example, the full gulf coast breakfast might include shrimp and grits.
