Resigning from TCS with a 0% WFO Index for years. Will it block my exit?
Hey everyone,
I’ve been working at TCS for about 5 years now. Due to personal reasons and my project setup, my WFO (Work From Office) index is currently at 0% and has been incredibly low for a long time.
I am now planning to submit my resignation on Ultimatix, but I’m a bit paranoid about how HR and management will handle my exit clearance because of this compliance issue.
A few questions for anyone who has recently resigned or seen a similar case:
Can HR block my resignation or hold back my Relieving/Experience Letter because of a 0% WFO index?
Is it possible (or necessary) to try and "reset" or regularize this index before putting in my papers, or should I just leave it as is?
Will I be forced to go to the office 100% of the time during my 90-day notice period, or is that entirely up to my project manager?
I don't care about losing out on Quarterly Variable Allowance (QVA) at this point; my only priority is a smooth Full & Final (F&F) settlement and getting my release on time.
Any advice or past experiences would be highly appreciated. Thanks!
