Need advice on what actions I can take

I am living with my parents in an independent home in K R Puram. The road leading to my home is blocked by the two cars as shown in the picture. Multiple times I have informed them to let space for my car, but they haven't considered it. One car belongs to a lawyer and the other car belongs to an old couple both of whom don't know how to drive. The latter belong to SC, ST and I am scared they might put a harassment case on me.

What is the solution for me here ? I can complain to GBA, but I think they won't even entertain such matters. How do I get a permanent solution here ?

Hi all, anyone recently transferred their Mutual fund holdings from one platform to another ? If so how did you get it done successfully without much hassle ? I am trying to transfer my holdings from Et money to Zerodha coin, and reached out to both platforms, both have given different approaches and have made it a lot confusing and inconvenient, so want to hear it from the retail investors directly.
