Whose fault is this crash? I'm the orange one and DNFed because of this.
I'm not sure if the black one should've left me more space or I went too far wide on exit.

I was waiting at the end of the pitlane at the start of a daily race at Fuji. The McLaren behind me hit the back of me and I got pushed over the line and DQed. Was there anything I could've done and can do in future to avoid this?
