As long as you meet the required ER, do they really care what the other substats are or are they more of a bonus if you hit hp etc.?

Does YY:XL even get to 6 windbound stacks on her own since you apply havoc bane 4 times or maybe 5 per rotation if the buff to res lib raising havoc stacks to the max on hit counts as applying or do you for example get 2 windbound stacks after using heavy attack as it applies 2 stacks?

So my team plans are these:

Lucy s1r0 + Rebecca s0r0 and going to pull Mornye. If I get enough coral by then I'd buy the s1 waveband. Atm I have 90.

Hsin + ERover + Buling (if the electro flare thing is correct) tho I don't own Buling yet but hopefully she would be featured with Hsin or Jingran. I don't really want Suisui so I'd skip her and get the first rerun if she would be really needed for Hsin.

And for third team I'd get jingran if his kit would be interesting with Verina supp and see if Jingran is mdps or sub dps and build from there.

Do my plans make sense? For budget I currently have around 44k astrite with lunite sub, 11 radiants and 7 forgings, going to buy their stock during refills in the oscillated coral shop and I have 100% all areas until Lahai-Roi and there I only have the voidstorm areas left and some purple casettes (don't remember the name) and am doing act 2 now.

New player here and I have gotten EoG, static and phasic from the free lustrous tides. I still have the level 45 weapon crate and was wondering should I save it until I get a character that needs weapon from it, upgrade EoG/static or is there still a weapon I should get overall. Also, is there another a must pull 3.0 weapon that I don't have yet or should I save future lustrous tides?

My teams atm are: havoc rover (EoG), sanhua (lunar cutter R3) and verina (variation). second team that still lacks support as baizhi is 40 but I planned to go for mornye when available: lucy S1 (phasic) and rebecca (static).
